The week from 09.08 to 16.08 must be part of a reservation of at least 14 days.
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and does not include the kitchenette area which is to be cleaned by the guest: € 45,00 for two-room flats and € 50,00 for three-room flats.

TWO ROOM FLAT 2/4: twin or double bedroom, bathroom, lounge with double bed settee.
TWO ROOM FLAT 3/5: bedroom with three beds or double bed with extra bed, bathroom, lounge with double bed settee.
THREE ROOM FLAT 4/6: two twin or double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with double bed settee.
All the apartments have air conditioning, dishwasher, 21” SAT-TV, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and balcony.

The weekly prices include:
- All taxes, use of gas, water and electricity
- Use of pool for adults, children and Jacuzzi
- Car park (one parking spot for each apartment).
The number of people staying in the apartments must not exceed the maximum number quoted in the various types of apartments; extra persons will not be accepted for any reason at all.

Upon request:
- Beach facilities (1 sunshade, 1 lounger and 1 deck chair):
  € 65,00 per week.
- Extra parking space € 20,00 per week.
- Two-room flat facing the sea € 50,00 extra per week.
- Kit of linen € 10,00 per person, per week
  (including compulsory mid-week change).
- Kit of kitchen linen € 6,00 per week
  (including compulsory mid-week change).
- Cot € 25,00 per week in all periods (bed linen not available).
- Safe € 10,00 per week.
- Use of washing machine € 5,00 (90 minutes).
- Use of ironing facilities € 5,00 (90 minutes).
- Shed for bicycles, lilos etc € 15,00 per week.
- Highchair for children € 15,00 per week.

Deposit: upon arrival a caution deposit of € 150,00 is requested, this will be refunded at the end of the stay after the Direction has controlled the state of the apartment and verified that the kitchenette area has been cleaned.
Payment: 30% at the time of booking, the remainder the day of arrival.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 5 p.m.
Departures: Saturdays from 8 to 10 a.m., after the flat has been controlled by the Direction.
